We take a macro-based approach to nutrition - meaning you'll be expected to weigh and measure the food you eat in a day, and then record it in a food tracking application.
You'll be provided customized goals on how much protein, carbohydrate, and fat to eat during the day, in addition to suggestions for hydration and supplementation. We’ll also keep tabs on gut and hormonal health as needed - as those go hand in hand with diet and exercise!
The most important part of our coaching relationship is communication!! We communicate via our app - True Coach - and check in weekly.
Our goal is to do everything in our power to help you learn the skills to manage your nutrition choices in relation to your goals- and to understand how your nutrition choices need to change as your goals do.
HOW DOES COACHING WORK?
Before we get started, we need some information from you. We have an intake form where you will fill out your current stats, lifestyle, as well as nutrition goals you are looking to achieve.
From there we set you up with our coaching app, True Coach. This is where we will be able to communicate and check in.
Check ins are once a week, but you have unlimited access to us in between check ins.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
This varies greatly depending on your goals, as well as your dieting history.
The bigger the goal, the longer it will take. We focus on building small, positive changes that add up over time, and set you up for long term success, not just a quick fix.
We can discuss a general time line when we start one on one coaching.
